Reasonable Network Management

NAT Errors- Port Blocking - Internet Throttling

Some companies (ie. Digis, Jab Wireless) cause NAT errors - in other words it blocks all incoming ports besides besides HTTP. How is that for open internet? Please consider this. Those same companies also slow internet traffic down based on usage. These companies should be regulated to fix these problems so that most of the internet isn't blocked. No suitable IP is provided by the ISP, and I believe that this is causing the majority of the problems. Having an IP address should be a right (I don't care whether it is dynamic or static).

I called my ISP today and this is what they said: "We ran out of IP addresses."
