The big problem with representative Markey's Net Neutrality bill, is that it bequeaths onto ISPs the power to be police by giving them the responsibility to figure out which users are lawfully using the internet. For one thing that violates the due process clause of the constitution. For another it means that ISPs will inherently be able to watch our data... I have a big problem with that. That violates the prohibition ...more »

Note to the White House and the FCC:
Get away from our access to the Internet. We will lose our ability for open discussion if the you, the government controls, it. This is clearly one of your attempts to control your influence over media.
It is my proposal that the ISPs are required to submit to a regulatory committee the same information regarding the management practices and this committee is responsible for validating the claims. This would entail site visits and regulatory checks on the ISPs to ensure the companies are complying with their own management practices. I further propose this committee have a forum for users to place accusations and investigations ...more »
Giving the government control over anything is giving control to a big gang of babies who live in a world where the rest of us do not. The current government has spent record breaking amounts of money that it doesn't have, blamed it on previous governments, then is expanding it's control over every aspect of American's lives. That is not a democracy and this isn't either. No matter what you think of the current government, ...more »

Data that can be personally attributed needs to be kept for the minimum duration and it should only encompass the minimum data needed to accomplish a necessary task. Data that is not originally collected to be evidence should not be countable ...more »
I am no expert, but, I believe that the majority of the country has "so-so" or crappy credit scores. Why not design an incentive program geared towards promoting traffic and driver safety by improving their credit scores over time. For example, every six months if a driver goes without an accident or ticket, raise their credit score 10 points. It's no secret that America is a revolving melting pot of debt and bad credit ...more »
HELP!!! People are getting sick from over exposure to the microwave radiation in wireless equipment. Please look in to this before too many people die.
Free speech on the internet could be limited should the Gov. gain any control over the ISP'S as has been stated the President could shut down the net should he feel in was in the interest of national security. This what socialist countries do when ever they feel the need to keep the people from info and communicating ideas that do not fit the socialist agenda
Children, the SEC lawyers and the rest of the public are preparing to be terribly upset when the FCC is ordered to regulate communications by wire as has been their missions since before it was called Internet. It was a good trillion dollar porn muscle but 05151 will make the FCC finally read page eight paragraph 51.
