The school board can then choose to keep the children seperated at their discretion and at the discretion of the offenders parents and of the victims parents to make examplar cases.

Intelligence does not win a war the war decides the outcome. We are always in wartime since 1955 just in times without battle our goal now is to maintain high intelligence making low casualties the goal but not eliminating the possibility of collateral damage in wartime. How does FCC involve incorporating live feed such as twitter from Iran from the inside and getting into places like North Korea where our CIA were being killed at a rate of 100% when there was a leak in our own intelligence. This is why we need to have an open an nuetral internet and to have a Government division with open accesses with Jurisdiction to any and all threats that may lead to prevention of any and all disruptions of Amrican Interests in all parts of the world where all American Interests from 1900 until the forseeable future can discern any threat against and until these threats have been prevented and defeated through the internet and in the world whereever.

I dropped Facebook and do Twitter via SMS now. 9 people are following me on twitter I know them via e-mail some are authors, professors, and news anchors. Leaving Facebook is a temporary choice because it does not provide a healthy cognitive online only relationship. I was just today thinking about how facebook has modified its own privacy setting including details on the search engine Google. It is, to me, a seen practice of my friends, who practice abstinence from pornography, to use such tools advertised by XXXChurch.com to have friends connect via internal connections to which websites they visit to hold themselves accountable to looking at pornography on the internet. It would be a great idea to have google and facebook merge to this standard of privacy allowing only those people who you choose to have that much intimate interest invested into your personal accounts. In any manner I also have spoken to a Towson University Professor privately about his twitter experiment called Warhol Wednesday based on 15 minutes of fame. I told him it makes me feel comfortable talking to the nominees because he has personally spoken to them through e-mail and it is a valid site so I do not mind speaking to a diverse people group and leaving comments and having them follow me as part of the project myself. I do not trust large special interest groups who put their own nterests before the good of the people in any guise whether in politics, lobbyists, or religious groups, so if there are bad marketers out there with no real substance it should not have a place or take up the space we have left on the internet.
